23. Managed hosting

Managed hosting is not part of the initial standard offering unless specifically listed as available.

Any future managed hosting service will also be governed by the Managed Hosting Policy.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, CW Creative Hub products and setup services are intended for installation on the customer’s own hosting or server.

  • Policy violations
  • Abuse of support or staff

Where practical, notice may be provided before suspension. Immediate action may be taken for serious fraud, malware, security abuse, illegal activity, or urgent risk.

Termination does not remove payment obligations for completed work, delivered products, or incurred charges.

25. Service discontinuation

CW Creative Hub may change, replace, suspend, or discontinue a product or service.

Where practical, reasonable notice may be provided for major discontinuations.

Discontinuation does not automatically require:

  • Lifetime support
  • Lifetime updates
  • Continued third-party compatibility
  • Migration work
  • Custom replacement development

Customers should retain backups of purchased products and their own content.
