This Software License Agreement applies to themes, plugins, applications, downloadable packages, updates, and related software distributed by CW Creative Hub.

Purchasing or downloading a product grants a license to use it. It does not transfer ownership of the software or intellectual property.

License grant

Subject to payment and compliance with this agreement, CW Creative Hub grants the customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the purchased product according to the activation limit stated on the product page or license record.

License types may include:

  • Single-site
  • Multi-site
  • Unlimited-site
  • Lifetime
  • Expiring
  • Update-entitled
  • Download-entitled
  • Bundle-based

Authorized use

The customer may:

  • Install the product on authorized websites or devices
  • Configure the product for legitimate business or personal use
  • Make reasonable backup copies
  • Modify settings and supported templates for their own licensed installation
  • Hire a service provider to configure the licensed installation

Prohibited use

The customer may not:

  • Resell, sublicense, lease, or redistribute the product
  • Share license keys or downloadable packages publicly
  • Offer the product as a standalone download
  • Remove copyright or ownership notices where prohibited
  • Use one license on more websites than allowed
  • Circumvent license, update, or download restrictions
  • Publish private source code obtained through access to the product
  • Represent CW Creative Hub software as their own original product
  • Use the product for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful activity

Website-setup clients

A developer, agency, or setup provider may install a product for a customer only when the installation has a valid license covering that customer’s website.

Website-setup labor does not itself require a software activation. The installed CW product does.

ArtistFlow legacy licenses

Previously issued valid ArtistFlow AF1 licenses may continue to be recognized according to their original terms.

New products may use other product-specific license prefixes.

Updates

Update access is provided only during the update-entitlement period stated at purchase.

A lifetime software license does not necessarily include lifetime updates, hosting, support, third-party services, or compatibility work unless expressly stated.

Older versions may continue working, but continued compatibility with future WordPress, PHP, operating-system, browser, or third-party changes is not guaranteed after update entitlement ends.

License reissuance and domain changes

Offline domain-bound licenses may require reissuance when a domain changes.

Proof of purchase and control of the original license may be required.

CW Creative Hub may limit repeated reissuance intended to bypass activation limits.

Suspension or termination

A license may be suspended or terminated for:

  • Fraudulent payment
  • Chargeback abuse
  • Unauthorized distribution
  • License sharing
  • Exceeding activation limits
  • Material violation of this agreement

Offline perpetual licenses may not always support remote revocation. Legal and contractual restrictions still apply.

Third-party components

Products may integrate with WordPress, WooCommerce, membership plugins, payment processors, APIs, browsers, mobile operating systems, or other third-party services.

Those services have their own terms, availability, fees, and privacy practices.

Warranty disclaimer

Software is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.

No software can be guaranteed completely free of defects, incompatibilities, interruptions, or security risks.

CW Build Verified means a release passed the stated automated checks. It is not a guarantee that the product is bug-free or immune from all security issues.

Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
