  • Menus
  • Branding
  • Starter content placement
  • WooCommerce or membership configuration when purchased
  • Launch-readiness review

Items not listed in the approved scope are not automatically included.

Two Small Features or Customizations

This service includes up to two approved small changes.

Examples may include:

  • Moving or adding a button
  • Adding a small field or setting
  • Adjusting labels

  • Payment or licensing infrastructure
  • Large database changes

Both requests must be reviewed and approved as small before work begins.

Change requests

A change outside the approved scope may result in:

  • A revised completion date
  • An additional fee
  • A separate quote
  • Replacement with a smaller request
  • Removal from the current project

Work will not proceed on additional billable scope without customer approval.

Customer responsibilities

The customer must provide requested materials in a timely manner, including:

  • Logo
  • Brand colors
  • Text and images
  • Domain information
  • Approved temporary access
  • Product decisions
  • Legal policy content
  • Feedback

Delays in customer materials or approvals may delay the project.

Credentials and access

Do not submit passwords through public forms.

Where access is required, customers should use:

  • A temporary WordPress administrator account
  • A temporary hosting user
  • A secure credential-sharing method approved by CW Creative Hub

Temporary access should be removed or changed after completion.

Revisions

Included revisions, if any, are limited to the number stated in the service description or project agreement.

A revision corrects or adjusts approved work. It does not add a new feature, new page, or new project direction.

Timelines

Completion dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.

Timelines may change because of:

  • Customer delays
  • Added scope
  • Third-party outages
  • Hosting limitations
  • Technical conflicts
  • Required approvals
  • Illness or emergency
  • Events outside reasonable control

Completion and acceptance

Work is considered completed when the approved scope has been delivered and the customer has had a reasonable review period of five business days.

Issues within the approved scope should be reported during that period.

New requests after completion may require a new service order.

Third-party expenses

The customer is responsible for approved third-party costs, including:

  • Hosting
  • Domains
  • Premium plugins
  • Payment-provider fees
  • Email delivery
  • Stock media
  • API subscriptions
  • App-store fees

Third-party purchases are subject to the provider’s own terms and refund rules.
