Privacy Policy for CW Transfer Print Studio

CW Transfer Print Studio is an Android image editing, design, printing, and transfer-print preparation application provided by CW Enterprize.

This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use CW Transfer Print Studio.

1. Information We Collect

CW Transfer Print Studio does not require users to create an account and does not intentionally collect personal information such as:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Physical address
  • Precise or approximate location
  • Contacts
  • Microphone recordings
  • Camera data
  • Advertising identifiers
  • Payment or financial information

The current version of CW Transfer Print Studio does not include advertising, analytics tracking, or third-party behavioral tracking SDKs.

2. Photos, Images, GIFs, and Designs

CW Transfer Print Studio allows you to select photos, images, and GIF files from your Android device for editing and design purposes.

Files you select are used only to perform the functions you request within the app, such as:

  • Adding a main image
  • Adding image layers
  • Adding or editing text
  • Cropping or resizing
  • Removing or modifying backgrounds
  • Adjusting colors and image appearance
  • Creating designs for transfer printing
  • Exporting PNG, JPEG, or GIF files
  • Printing a completed design

CW Transfer Print Studio does not upload your selected photos, images, GIFs, or completed designs to CW Enterprize servers.

Image processing is performed locally on your device.

3. File Access and Storage

The app uses Android’s system file-selection interface so that you can choose the files you want to work with.

CW Transfer Print Studio does not automatically browse or collect all files stored on your device.

When you choose to export a design, the app may save the finished file to your device, including the following folder:

Pictures/CW Transfer Print Studio

Depending on the export option you select, files may be saved as PNG, JPEG, or GIF images.

These exported files remain under your control on your device.

4. Temporary Project Data

CW Transfer Print Studio may temporarily save work-area information on your device so that your current work can be restored if the app is interrupted or closed.

This information is stored locally within the application’s private storage or cache.

Temporary project information is not transmitted to CW Enterprize.

Android or the user may remove cached application information at any time.

5. App Preferences

The app may store certain preferences locally on your device, such as:

  • Selected app theme
  • Work-area restoration information
  • Application settings
  • Print history and print-status information

This information is used only to provide app functionality and is not transmitted to CW Enterprize.

6. Printing

CW Transfer Print Studio uses Android’s built-in printing framework.

When you choose to print, information required for the print job may be passed to Android and to the print service or printer you select.

Any information processed by a third-party print service is subject to that print service’s own privacy practices and policies.

CW Enterprize does not receive your print job through CW Transfer Print Studio.

7. Internet and Network Access

The current version of CW Transfer Print Studio does not require an Internet connection for its core image-editing and design functions and does not use the Internet to upload your designs or personal information to CW Enterprize.

Future versions may introduce optional online functionality. If that occurs and the way information is collected or processed changes, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.

8. Third-Party Services

The current version of CW Transfer Print Studio does not include advertising networks, analytics platforms, social-media tracking SDKs, or third-party account-login services.

Your Android device, Google Play, your printer, or other system services may independently collect information under their own privacy policies. Those services are not controlled by CW Transfer Print Studio.

9. Data Sharing

CW Enterprize does not sell, rent, or trade personal information collected through CW Transfer Print Studio.

Because the current application does not transmit personal information or user-created designs to CW Enterprize, there is no app-generated personal information maintained on our servers for advertising or marketing purposes.

10. Data Retention and Deletion

Files created or exported through CW Transfer Print Studio remain on your device until you delete them.

Locally stored app preferences, temporary project data, and print history may be removed by:

  • Clearing the app’s storage or cache through Android settings
  • Uninstalling CW Transfer Print Studio
  • Deleting exported images through your device’s file or photo manager

Because CW Transfer Print Studio does not maintain user accounts or cloud-stored user projects, there is generally no remote account data to request deletion of.

11. Children’s Privacy

CW Transfer Print Studio is a general-purpose image editing and printing application and is not designed to collect personal information from children.

The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children through an account system, advertising network, or analytics service.

12. Security

CW Transfer Print Studio is designed to keep image editing and project processing on the user’s device whenever possible.

Users are responsible for the security of their own Android device, exported files, connected printers, backups, and any external services they choose to use.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated when CW Transfer Print Studio gains new features, changes how information is handled, or when legal or platform requirements change.

When changes are made, the Last updated date at the top of this page will be revised.
