For a full list of our policies visit: Policies

This policy applies to websites hosted or maintained by CW Creative Hub under a recurring managed-service plan.

Managed hosting may initially be offered only for eligible CW Creator Studio websites.

Included services

The selected plan may include:

  • WordPress hosting
  • Creator Studio theme and plugin installation
  • SSL
  • Routine backups
  • Standard product updates
  • Basic security monitoring
  • Limited storage and bandwidth
  • Email support
  • Basic maintenance
  • Custom-domain connection assistance

Only services specifically listed on the purchased plan are included.

Customer ownership

The customer retains ownership of:

  • Their brand
  • Their original content
  • Their customer and member relationships
  • Their uploaded media
  • Their domain, when registered in the customer’s name
  • Their lawfully collected business data

CW Creative Hub retains ownership of its themes, plugins, applications, license systems, templates, and proprietary code.

Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Lawful use of the service
  • Accurate account information
  • Obtaining rights to uploaded content
  • Publishing required privacy, membership, refund, and community policies
  • Moderating user content
  • Responding to copyright or legal complaints
  • Maintaining valid payment information
  • Following storage, traffic, and acceptable-use limits
  • Protecting administrator credentials

Prohibited content and activity

Managed hosting may not be used for:

  • Malware
  • Phishing
  • Fraud
  • Harassment or unlawful threats
  • Unauthorized copyrighted content
  • Illegal sales
  • Credential theft
  • Spam
  • Unauthorized scraping
  • Resource abuse
  • Activity that threatens other customers or infrastructure

CW Creative Hub may suspend content or service when reasonably necessary to protect customers, infrastructure, or legal compliance.

Resource limits

Plans may include limits for:

  • Storage
  • Traffic
  • User accounts
  • Media uploads
  • Email delivery
  • Backups
  • CPU and memory usage
  • Support time

Customers exceeding plan limits may be asked to upgrade or pay additional fees.

“Unlimited” resources are not included unless expressly stated.

Backups

Backups are a recovery aid, not a guarantee against every data-loss event.

Customers should maintain copies of important original files and business records.

Backup frequency and retention depend on the purchased plan.

Updates and maintenance

CW Creative Hub may apply reasonable software, security, and compatibility updates.

Major version changes, custom-code conflicts, third-party premium renewals, or extensive repair work may require customer approval and additional fees.

Downtime

Reasonable efforts are made to maintain availability, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed.

Downtime may result from:

  • Maintenance
  • Security incidents
  • Hosting-provider outages
  • DNS problems
  • Third-party services
  • Internet failures
  • Events beyond reasonable control

Billing and cancellation

Managed plans renew according to the billing interval shown at checkout.

Customers may cancel future renewal before the next billing date.

Failure to pay may result in:

  • Restricted support
  • Suspension
  • Read-only access
  • Termination after notice
  • Removal following the stated retention period

Monthly charges already paid are generally non-refundable.

Export and migration

Upon request and subject to account status, CW Creative Hub may provide a reasonable export of customer-owned content and database information.

Migration labor, large archives, third-party licenses, premium services, custom code, and domain transfers may require additional fees.

CW proprietary software remains subject to its license terms after migration.

Service termination

Following termination, customer data may be retained for 30 days before deletion unless law, security, or backup cycles require another period.

Customers should request and download any available export before the retention period ends.
