Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to CW Creative Hub websites, software, hosted services, setup services, support systems, downloads, demo environments, and any future managed hosting or platform services.

By using CW Creative Hub products or services, you agree not to use them in a way that is unlawful, abusive, harmful, deceptive, or disruptive.

Permitted use

CW Creative Hub products and services may be used for legitimate personal, creative, commercial, educational, community, membership, entertainment, and business purposes.

Examples include:

  • Creator websites
  • Membership communities
  • Artist and fan platforms
  • Digital-product sales
  • Online stores
  • Protected content
  • Portfolios
  • Community engagement
  • Client websites
  • Setup and customization projects

Use must comply with applicable laws, third-party terms, and the CW Creative Hub Software License Agreement.

Prohibited activity

You may not use CW Creative Hub products or services for:

  • Fraud or deceptive business practices
  • Phishing or credential theft
  • Malware, ransomware, spyware, or malicious code
  • Unauthorized access to systems or accounts
  • Identity theft
  • Payment fraud
  • Spam or unsolicited bulk messaging
  • Harassment, stalking, threats, or targeted abuse
  • Doxxing or publishing private personal information without lawful authority
  • Child sexual abuse material or exploitation
  • Human trafficking
  • Illegal weapons sales
  • Illegal drug sales
  • Terrorist activity or violent extremist promotion
  • Copyright or trademark infringement
  • Pirated software or unauthorized downloads
  • Distribution of stolen data
  • Circumventing licenses, activation limits, or payment controls
  • Hosting illegal marketplaces
  • Operating scams, fake giveaways, or fraudulent investment schemes
  • Impersonating another person, business, or organization
  • Misrepresenting CW Creative Hub products as your own original software
  • Using the service to attack, overload, or disrupt another system

Harmful and abusive content

You may not publish or distribute content that:

  • Makes credible threats of violence
  • Encourages serious harm
  • Targets individuals with repeated harassment
  • Exposes private addresses, credentials, financial data, or other sensitive information
  • Exploits minors
  • Promotes unlawful discrimination
  • Is knowingly false and intended to defraud
  • Violates another person’s privacy or intellectual-property rights

CW Creative Hub may review complaints and may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, infrastructure, or legal compliance.

Security abuse

You may not:

  • Probe, scan, or test systems without authorization
  • Attempt to bypass authentication or access controls
  • Upload malicious files
  • Exploit vulnerabilities
  • Interfere with backups, logging, or security monitoring
  • Use automated tools to overload websites or services
  • Abuse REST, AJAX, login, checkout, upload, or download endpoints
  • Attempt to obtain private signing keys, customer data, or internal configuration
  • Disable or evade license or update controls

Good-faith security reports should be sent to support@hub.arenacity.online.

Resource abuse

Where hosting, demo access, or managed services are provided, you may not use excessive resources in a way that harms other customers or infrastructure.

Examples include:

  • Cryptocurrency mining
  • Bulk file storage unrelated to the purchased service
  • Large-scale video hosting without approval
  • Bulk email delivery from the web server
  • Automated scraping
  • Excessive bots or traffic generation
  • High-frequency API abuse
  • Repeated backup or import jobs that overload the server
  • Running unrelated software or services

Reasonable limits may apply to storage, bandwidth, CPU, memory, database use, email delivery, user accounts, and uploads.

Email and messaging

You may not use CW Creative Hub products or services to send:

  • Unsolicited commercial email
  • Repeated unwanted messages
  • Deceptive marketing
  • Malware links
  • Harassing messages
  • Messages sent using purchased or stolen contact lists
  • Bulk messages without required consent and unsubscribe options

You are responsible for complying with applicable email and messaging laws.

User-generated content

Customers operating Creator Studio, ArtistFlow, community, membership, or social features are responsible for:

  • Moderating user submissions
  • Responding to abuse reports
  • Removing unlawful content
  • Publishing community guidelines
  • Handling copyright notices
  • Protecting minors
  • Applying appropriate age restrictions
  • Maintaining privacy disclosures
  • Enforcing their own membership and content rules

CW Creative Hub does not automatically review every item posted on customer-controlled websites.

Intellectual property

You may not use CW Creative Hub services to distribute content you do not have the right to use.

This includes:

  • Pirated themes or plugins
  • Unlicensed music
  • Stolen artwork
  • Copyrighted video
  • Unauthorized logos
  • Trademark misuse
  • Repackaged software
  • Leaked private content

You are responsible for confirming that you have the necessary rights, permissions, and licenses.

Demo environments

Demo websites are provided only for evaluation.

You may not:

  • Upload sensitive personal information
  • Enter real customer data
  • Attempt to gain administrative access
  • Use demos for production
  • Send real transactions
  • Abuse demo accounts
  • Modify or delete shared demo content beyond normal testing
  • Attempt to retain access after the demo session ends

Demo content may be reset or deleted without notice.

License and download abuse

You may not:

  • Share license keys publicly
  • Sell or transfer licenses without permission
  • Reuse a single-site license on multiple sites
  • Circumvent domain restrictions
  • Redistribute product ZIPs
  • Upload products to piracy or file-sharing websites
  • Remove ownership notices where prohibited
  • Use chargebacks to retain access without payment

Violation may result in suspension of updates, downloads, support, or license access.

Setup and customization services

You may not use setup or customization services to request:

  • Illegal features
  • Fraud tools
  • Credential theft
  • Malware
  • Privacy-invasive tracking
  • Unauthorized scraping
  • Circumvention of payment or license systems
  • Impersonation
  • Features designed to deceive users

CW Creative Hub may refuse work that creates legal, security, privacy, or ethical risk.

Enforcement

CW Creative Hub may take reasonable action when this policy is violated, including:

  • Warning the customer
  • Restricting access
  • Suspending licenses
  • Suspending downloads or updates
  • Removing harmful content
  • Suspending managed services
  • Terminating accounts
  • Refusing support
  • Preserving records for legal or security purposes
  • Reporting unlawful activity where legally required

Where practical, customers may be given an opportunity to correct a violation. Immediate action may be taken where there is serious risk, fraud, abuse, malware, security harm, or unlawful activity.

Appeals

A customer may appeal an enforcement decision by contacting:

support@hub.arenacity.online

The appeal should include:

  • Name
  • Order or account number
  • Website or product involved
  • Description of the issue
  • Relevant evidence
  • Requested resolution

CW Creative Hub may require identity verification before reviewing an appeal.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as products, services, laws, or risks change.

The revised date will appear at the top of the policy.
