Business Name: Arena City Studio / CW Batch Editor
Business Location: Illinois, United States

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website, the CW Batch Editor online service, downloadable applications, digital products, memberships, subscriptions, and related services offered by Arena City Studio, CW Batch Editor, and their affiliated brands.
By accessing the website, creating an account, purchasing a product, starting a subscription, downloading software, or using the editor, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to create an account, make a purchase, or use paid services.
You agree to provide accurate account and payment information and to keep your login credentials secure.
2. Accounts
Some services require registration.
You are responsible for:
- maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password
- all activity performed through your account
- notifying us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account access
- keeping your email address and account information current
Accounts may not be sold, transferred, shared, or used by multiple unrelated people unless a separate business or multi-user license is provided.
We may suspend or terminate accounts used for fraud, abuse, chargebacks, unauthorized sharing, security attacks, or violations of these Terms.
3. Membership and Subscription Access
The CW Batch Editor online service may be offered through a paid membership or recurring subscription.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout:
- subscription fees are billed in advance
- subscriptions renew automatically until canceled
- access remains available while the membership is active and payments are current
- canceled subscriptions remain active through the end of the already-paid billing period
- failed, disputed, reversed, or unpaid charges may result in paused or terminated access
If access is paused, your account may remain available, but editing, exporting, or other paid features may be restricted until payment is restored.
Saved projects are not guaranteed to remain available indefinitely after cancellation, expiration, inactivity, or account termination. Users should keep their own backup copies.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription through the available account, membership, payment-provider, or support options.
Canceling stops future renewals. It does not automatically refund charges already processed.
You are responsible for canceling before the next billing date if you do not want another renewal charge.
5. Refund Policy
Because the products and services include immediate access to digital tools, memberships, downloads, and software, payments are generally nonrefundable once access or a download has been delivered.
Refunds may be considered when:
- you were charged more than once for the same purchase
- the purchased product was not delivered
- a confirmed technical failure prevented access and we were unable to resolve it
- applicable law requires a refund
Refunds are not normally issued because:
- you changed your mind
- you forgot to cancel a subscription
- your device does not meet software requirements
- you did not read the product description
- you no longer need the service
- a third-party platform, browser, device, plugin, theme, payment processor, or operating system changed its behavior
Contact us at [INSERT SUPPORT EMAIL] with the order number and details of the issue.
6. Online Editor Use
The CW Batch Editor may allow users to upload, edit, resize, crop, animate, add text to, remove backgrounds from, export, save, or otherwise process images, GIFs, videos, and related media.
You are responsible for all content you upload or create.
You may not use the editor to process or distribute content that:
- infringes copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other legal rights

We may remove content, restrict access, or terminate accounts when we reasonably believe the service is being misused.

You retain ownership of content you lawfully upload or create.
By uploading content, you confirm that:
- you own it or have permission to use it
- you have the right to edit, reproduce, export, and distribute it
- your use of the content does not violate another person’s rights
You grant us a limited license to temporarily process, store, transmit, and display your content only as necessary to operate the service, provide support, prevent fraud, maintain security, and comply with law.
We do not claim ownership of your original content.
8. Saved Projects
The editor may save projects in your browser, account, device, local storage, hidden project files, or another supported storage method.
Saved projects may be affected by:

You are responsible for keeping backup copies of important projects, exported files, and original media.
We do not guarantee permanent storage or recovery of any project.
9. Downloadable Software
Desktop, Mac, Android, or other downloadable software may be offered separately from the online editor.
Downloading or purchasing software grants you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use it.
You may not:
- resell the software
- redistribute installation files
- share paid download links
- reverse engineer or decompile the software except where legally permitted
- remove copyright, branding, or license notices

A separate license may be required for commercial redistribution, multiple users, agencies, businesses, or resale.
10. Android Applications
Android applications downloaded directly from our website may be provided inside a ZIP file and may not be distributed through Google Play.
Android may display security warnings for apps installed outside the Play Store.
You are responsible for:
- extracting the ZIP file
- permitting installation from the selected browser or file manager

- disabling “Install unknown apps” after installation when appropriate
Device manufacturers, Android versions, security settings, battery restrictions, and operating-system changes may affect app behavior.
11. Mac Applications
Mac applications distributed outside the Mac App Store may display warnings from Apple Gatekeeper.
Unsigned or unnotarized versions may require the user to Control-click the application, select Open, and confirm the action.
We do not guarantee compatibility with every macOS version, processor type, security configuration, or future Apple update.
12. Third-Party Services
The website and services may rely on third parties, including:
- Stripe

- WooCommerce
- Simple Membership
- WordPress

We do not directly store complete card numbers.
You authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the payment method you provide for purchases, renewals, taxes, and authorized fees.
You are responsible for any bank fees, currency conversion charges, insufficient-funds fees, or payment-provider charges.
14. Coupons and Promotions
Coupons, discounts, promotional codes, and free trials may:
- expire
- have redemption limits
- apply only to certain products
- apply only to the first payment
- apply for a limited number of billing periods
- be restricted to one use per customer
- be withdrawn at any time before redemption
Promotions have no cash value and may not be combined unless expressly allowed.
15. Downloads and Access Monitoring
For fraud prevention, security, account protection, license enforcement, and support, we may record information related to downloads and use of the service, including:
- IP address
- date and time
- user account
- order or product information
- download or export type
- membership status
- browser and device information
- VPN, proxy, hosting-network, or Tor risk indicators
Risk signals may be used to flag activity for review, limit suspicious access, or block high-risk activity.
VPN or proxy detection is not always accurate and does not necessarily mean wrongdoing.
16. Acceptable Use
You may not:
- attempt to bypass payment or membership controls
- share accounts or paid files without permission
- scrape, copy, or extract protected site content
- overload, probe, scan, attack, or interfere with the website
