These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website, the CW Batch Editor online service, downloadable applications, digital products, memberships, subscriptions, and related services offered by Arena City Studio, CW Batch Editor, and their affiliated brands.

By accessing the website, creating an account, purchasing a product, starting a subscription, downloading software, or using the editor, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

2. Accounts

You are responsible for:

If access is paused, your account may remain available, but editing, exporting, or other paid features may be restricted until payment is restored.

Saved projects are not guaranteed to remain available indefinitely after cancellation, expiration, inactivity, or account termination. Users should keep their own backup copies.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription through the available account, membership, payment-provider, or support options.

Canceling stops future renewals. It does not automatically refund charges already processed.

You are responsible for canceling before the next billing date if you do not want another renewal charge.

5. Refund Policy

Because the products and services include immediate access to digital tools, memberships, downloads, and software, payments are generally nonrefundable once access or a download has been delivered.

Refunds may be considered when:

you were charged more than once for the same purchase
the purchased product was not delivered

Refunds are not normally issued because:

contains illegal sexual content or exploitation
promotes fraud, impersonation, harassment, threats, or unlawful activity
contains malware, malicious scripts, or harmful code
violates any applicable law
misrepresents ownership or permission

We may remove content, restrict access, or terminate accounts when we reasonably believe the service is being misused.

7. User Content and Ownership

You retain ownership of content you lawfully upload or create.

By uploading content, you confirm that:

file corruption

You are responsible for keeping backup copies of important projects, exported files, and original media.

We do not guarantee permanent storage or recovery of any project.

9. Downloadable Software

Desktop, Mac, Android, or other downloadable software may be offered separately from the online editor.

Downloading or purchasing software grants you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use it.

You may not:

resell the software
redistribute installation files
share paid download links
reverse engineer or decompile the software except where legally permitted
remove copyright, branding, or license notices

upload the software to third-party download sites

10. Android Applications

Android applications downloaded directly from our website may be provided inside a ZIP file and may not be distributed through Google Play.
